Recipe: Italian Spritz Cocktail from Venice!

Venice, Italy - original home of the refreshing Spritz cocktail!

It is so simple to recreate this delightful aperitif found in Italy! It is perfect for a warm day, with a snack or light lunch, or before dinner.

2 oz Aperol liqueur (or Campari for a more bitter flavor)
2 oz Prosecco
2 oz Club soda or sparkling water
(hint: a shot glass is 2 oz!)
Sliced juicy orange (you can use a blood orange if you can find one)

Fill large balloon glass with ice, and add one orange slice. Add the liqueur, Prosecco, and sparkling water.
